Hey creator friends 💜

The big question in the AI world over the last week has been… did Google just kill ChatGPT? 😳

And after spending the last few days playing around with Google’s new model, Gemini 3 Pro, I'm starting to wonder if OpenAI should be worried.

6 months ago, Google was the laughingstock of the AI world. Remember Bard??? The disaster model that wiped $100m off Google’s stock?!

Fast forward to today: Gemini 3 Pro dropped last week and it's dominating every single benchmark.

But benchmarks are boring.

You (and I) don't care that it scored 0.3% higher on some obscure test.

What we care about is: Can it actually do things that make our lives easier?

And the answer is yes. In some ways, it's better than GPT-5.

So today I'm showing you 5 Gemini 3 features that are genuinely mind-blowing - complete with copy-paste prompts so you can test them out yourself.

TL;DR - today’s lineup:

  1. One Serious Deep Dive 💡: 5 Gemini 3 Pro prompts for you to try this week (while their free trial is still on)

  2. Piping  Hot  AI  Tea 🫖: Nano Banana Pro, NVIDIA’s insane Q3 earnings, ChatGPT personal shopper and more!

💌 Your say genuinely shapes this newsletter: there’s a one‑click feedback poll at the very end. Or hit reply and tell me what you loved/hated. I genuinely wait with bated breath to see (an honest) reply from you!

One Serious Deep Dive 💡

Claude and ChatGPT have been my 2 ultimate favourite AI models the past 6 months. But Gemini 3 is fast, creative, and has features that ChatGPT literally doesn't have.

Most people haven't even noticed yet because they're still stuck in their ChatGPT bubble.

So let me show you exactly why Gemini 3 is worth your attention - with prompts you can copy-paste and test right now.

Accessing Google Gemini 3 Pro

First things first - there are a few different ways you an access Gemini 3 Pro, but this is the easiest way I’ve found.

Simply head over to Google AI Studio and select “Gemini 3 Pro Preview”.

You can currently try Gemini 3 Pro for free - but you’ll need to be quick because there’s no guarantee how long this free trial will last.

Prompt #1: Calm Your Inbox Chaos

This is perfect if you use Google Mail. Switch to "Agent" mode in Gemini and use this prompt:

Help me organise my inbox and get it to zero.

Gemini Agent doesn't just give you advice about organising your inbox. It actually does the work.

It breaks the task into steps (categorise, archive, prioritise, create filters) and then executes each one. You literally watch it work through your email in real-time.

Agent mode is still experimental, but it's genuinely impressive. It's not just answering questions - it's taking multi-step actions on your behalf.

Pro tip: Connect Gemini to your Google Workspace first (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), that's when this gets really powerful. It can schedule meetings, set reminders, move files - all autonomously.

Prompt #2: Build Interactive Learning Experiences

This one's insane for anyone who learns visually or teaches anything.

Just try this prompt inside the “Build” section:

Explain how black holes work using interactive diagrams I can explore.

Gemini doesn’t just explain the the concept to you, it creates an actual interactive interface with diagrams you can manipulate.

You can zoom in on different parts, click to see more detail, and explore the concept visually. It's like having a custom-built educational app made just for you in 30 seconds.

Gemini uses its "dynamic layout" feature to build these experiences. It's not just showing you images - it's creating a custom interface specifically designed for understanding that particular topic.

Try it with:

  • Scientific concepts (photosynthesis, quantum mechanics, chemical reactions)

  • Technical processes (how blockchain works, how engines function)

  • Historical events (battles, migrations, trade routes)

  • Anything that's easier to understand visually than through words

Prompt #3: Get Real Sh*t Done

This is where Gemini's Agent mode becomes genuinely useful for life admin.

I tried this prompt:

Find and compare rental cars for my trip next week - mid-size SUV, budget under $80/day. Pull details from my email about dates and location.

Gemini will:

  1. Search rental companies

  2. Compare prices within your budget

  3. Prepare options ready to book

Other logistics it handles:

  • "Find flights for my trip and compare prices across airlines"

  • "Research hotels near my conference and filter by amenities I need"

  • "Look up restaurant reservations for 6 people on Saturday night"

  • "Compare insurance quotes based on my requirements"

The catch: You need to give it access to your Gmail for the email-pulling part to work. If you're privacy-conscious about that, just include the dates and location manually.

Prompt #4: Plan Anything Perfectly

This showcases Gemini's new "generative interface" - basically magazine-style layouts that look professional and are actually useful.

Plan a 3-day trip to Paris for next summer.

You’ll get an actual visual itinerary with:

  • Photos of recommended places

  • Day-by-day breakdown

  • Maps showing locations

  • Time estimates between activities

  • Restaurant recommendations with cuisine types

Then it creates something tailored to YOU, not just generic tourist advice.

In the example Google showed: Someone got an "Art Pilgrimage" itinerary focused on museums and galleries. Someone else with different answers would get a completely different Rome experience.

Prompt #5: Create Custom Learning Galleries

This is my favourite because it combines Gemini's visual capabilities with its ability to pull context from multiple sources.

Create a Van Gogh gallery with real-world context for each painting.

Gemini builds an interactive gallery where you can:

  • View high-res images of his works

  • Read about the historical context when each was painted

  • Understand what was happening in Van Gogh's life

  • See connections between different pieces

  • Explore his artistic evolution chronologically

The deeper application: This uses Gemini's "agentic capabilities" - meaning instead of you telling it every step, it figures out what needs to happen and executes.

For the Van Gogh prompt, it:

  1. Identifies his major works

  2. Gathers high-quality images

  3. Researches historical context

  4. Organises chronologically

  5. Creates interactive interface

  6. Adds exploration features

All from one simple prompt.

You can also try:

  • "Create a gallery of brutalist architecture with historical context"

  • "Build an interactive timeline of the Space Race with key moments"

  • "Make an explorable collection of Renaissance inventions"

  • "Design a gallery of my favourite photographer's work with technique breakdowns"

When you're passionate about learning something, Gemini can create custom educational experiences that don't exist anywhere else. It's like having a personal curator who knows exactly what you want to explore.

Piping Hot AI Tea 🫖

Google Launches Nano Banana Pro (and Finally Fixes AI Text Rendering!!)

Google DeepMind launched Nano Banana Pro, its new image generation model built on Gemini 3 Pro. It generates 4K images, renders accurate legible text in multiple languages (finally!), blends up to 14 images while keeping 5 people consistent, and uses Gemini 3's reasoning to create context-rich infographics. It's rolling out to Google Workspace (Slides, Vids, NotebookLM) and Photoshop. Free to try in the Gemini app. If you've been frustrated with AI-generated text looking like gibberish, Nano Banana Pro finally nails it!!

NVIDIA Males $57B Revenue in Q3

NVIDIA reported $57 billion in Q3 revenue (up 62% year-over-year, beating estimates by $2B). Data centre sales hit $51.2 billion, up 66%. CEO Jensen Huang said Blackwell chip sales are "off the charts" and "cloud GPUs are sold out." NVIDIA forecasts $65 billion in Q4 sales and has a $500 billion backlog for 2025-2026. Huang addressed "AI bubble" fears: "From our vantage point, we see something very different." When NVIDIA beats earnings by $2 billion and has a $500 billion backlog, it's a signal that AI infrastructure demand isn't slowing down.

ChatGPT Launches Shopping Research (Your AI Personal Shopper for Black Friday)

OpenAI launched "shopping research" in ChatGPT - a personal shopping assistant that creates customised buyer's guides. Ask ChatGPT a shopping question (e.g., "best TVs in bright lighting") and it asks you questions to refine preferences by price, use case, and features. It pulls products from quality sources with up-to-date prices, reviews, and specs. Available to all users with "nearly unlimited usage" during the holiday season. What an awesome tool to have in time for Black Friday!

ChatGPT Launches Group Chats (Up to 20 People Can Collaborate with AI)

ChatGPT rolled out group chats globally to all users. Up to 20 people can collaborate in one shared conversation with ChatGPT. Use cases: coordinate trips, co-write documents, settle debates, work through research. Just tag "@ChatGPT" to get it to respond. It can react with emojis and reference profile photos. Personal settings stay private. OpenAI says this is just the beginning of ChatGPT becoming a collaborative platform.
