30 Instagram  Reels in  1  Hour

I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) that on social media, consistency beats perfection. The reel you agonise over can tank, while the one you fire off between tasks without overthinking, takes off.

So my goal is: less flawless edits, more volume + feedback loops - publishing more content, then doubling down on what the data says works.

A few weeks ago I landed on a content-creation formula that produces 30 Reels in under an hour while actually feeling organised, not frantic. Here’s the exact system:

Step 1 - Idea Sprint 

1. Open ChatGPT or your AI of choice. For this case I’m using Stanley, Stan Store’s integrated AI.

2. Paste this prompt and hit enter (if you’re not using Stanley, you just need to feed ChatGPT the data about your posts manually):

Based on my last 20 Instagram posts, generate 10 reel topics that will either educate or inspire my audience of [describe your niche]. Return them as punchy one‑line hooks.

Step 2 - The Rule‑of‑3 Batch Film 

Once you have 10 ideas you’re happy with, you’re going to turn each idea into 3 types of Reels:

1. Talking Head: Face to camera, speak about 3 bullet points around your topic. Keep the energy like a voice note to a friend.

2. B‑Roll + Text: Film yourself doing simple, 5‑second actions (typing, sipping your coffee).

3. Trending Audio: Find a trending audio that matches what you’re trying to say and just lip-sync it.

Step  3 - Caption & Overlay

1. Talking Head: Caption = hook (e.g. “How I banked £10k from one PDF 👇”).

2. B‑Roll: Text frames timed to beat drops (hook → detail → CTA).

3. Trend: One bold statement as on‑screen text; drop the value in the caption.

Step 4  - Schedule & Iterate 

1. Schedule all 30 posts in your scheduler (one per day, or more if you prefer), or save them in your drafts to post manually.

2. Every Friday, skim your Reels Insights → log the top 5 hooks and bottom 3. Re‑use what worked, tweak or drop what missed.

Keep this simple and don’t overthink the content. Remember, this is about collecting as many data points as possible so that you can quickly refine your content strategy based on what works.
